The Cumberland Youth Lacrosse Association is a Non-Profit 501-C-3 organization dedicated to benefiting the youth of Cumberland.  CYLAX does not want financial capability to be in any way an inhibitor to children participating in the program. We recognize that the cost of registration and that the purchase price of lacrosse equipment is significant. If these costs are a burden then Cumberland Youth Lacrosse Association is prepared to provide assistance by way of reduced registration fees.
 
CYLAX will offer a set number of Financial Assistance Packages each season for players who have requested assistance by the deadline. Please follow the instructions below if you would like to apply for the upcoming season.  

All inquiries will be held in strict confidence.
 
To apply for Financial Assistance please complete the Financial Aid Form (under Documents) and send it to the CYLAX treasurer via email by the February 1 deadline.

All requests must be made no later than February 1st of the current Lacrosse Season. 

All applicants MUST register their child online immediately, without paying the registration fee, to secure a place on a team.  Applicants cannot be added to a full roster.

CYLAX does not provide assistance toward the US Lacrosse fee which is required for all players.

All applicants will be notified if they will receive financial assistance, and the amount of the assistance by Feb. 15th.
